Welcome to my site! I’m Jessica Subido (Sue-bee-doe) 16 years old. I started kayaking in June 2003. I participated in my first slalom race on April 2004 on the American River Festival in California (my home state). After this race, I knew that I was hooked! This gave me an opportunity to rapidly improve my skills while having fun, meeting new friends, and visiting new places. Please take your time to view my photos — I’ll make more!
· June 9-12 [Durango, CO] — Shooting Abercrombie & Fitch video as a featured athlete representing the sport of slalom (what else)? · June 19-July12 [Solkan, Slovenia] — Junior Worlds. Fly into Vienna, train in Bratislava, and compete against the world’s best in Slovenia. · July 12-June 24 [Washington State, British Columbia & Alberta] — Junior Olympics & U.S. Cups. |

· August 13—20 [Ontario, Canada] PanAmerican Games and Canadian Nationals. · June 24 August-27 [Charlotte, NC & Washington, D.C.] — training in Washington, D.C. and the U.S. Nationals on the new Charlotte Whitewater Course. · November [Beijing, China] — The Chinese are ramping up their training in preparation for the Beijing 2008 Olympics. I’ll be training with them!
